Navigating to the Notification Centre
As a property manager, supervisor, or operations manager, you may want to view or find further details about your cleaning staff.
You can verify all of the notifications/alerts sent by the Mero system by clicking the icon at the top right corner of the Mero Dashboard. Click the "View Notification Centre" button in the pop-down menu to go to the Notification Centre.
Viewing Past Alerts in Notification Centre
You will get taken to a list of historical alerts in notification centre, which will look like the following:
Statuses in the status column have the following states:
- Not resolved: an alert that has not yet been serviced
- Done: an alert that has been marked "Done" and verified by a Mero sensor.
This is the time when the alert was initially detected, sent at the nearest 15-minute interval.
This is the time when the cleaner marked "Done". Alerts will still get marked "Done" if they were serviced but the cleaner did not acknowledge the alert. See Double Verification of Alerts
This is the time the Mero sensor detected the refill was completed for low supply alerts, or a beacon ping was in the vicinity of the restroom the alert came from for high traffic alerts.
Identifying Double Verification in the Notification Centre
A proper double verification by cleaning staff should appear like this, with all column complete:
All columns should be completed within a 2-hour time frame.
Incomplete Cleaner Double Verifications
Alerts that were not acknowledged, and not serviced: These are areas where high traffic and/or low supply areas have not yet occurred, and cleaning staff has yet to service the area. Alerts >15 minutes in this state need to be addressed with the cleaner.
Alerts that were acknowledged, but not serviced: Cleaner should register an alert and resolve the refill and/or high traffic alert within 15 minutes.
Alerts that were serviced, but not acknowledged: Cleaner needs to be informed to complete double verification via the Mero "Cleaner App".
