Mero is designed to make life for commercial properties and the cleaning teams servicing these properties easier.
The Mero system is anchored by 3 software products:
MeroAlert is for alerting cleaners to priority areas in buildings when supplies run empty. Alerts can be set to 5%, 10%, 15% or any threshold you prefer, and by doing this, you will receive an alert when there is, for example, 10% or less toilet paper. Alerts are sent via email and/or SMS, so cleaners don’t need to download another app on their phone. Real-time alerts on supply level help reduce waste and improve efficiency throughout your building.
All recorded history of supply usage and cleaner performance are stored and displayed on the MeroDash. You can view analytics for an individual sensor, restroom, or an overview of your entire building. This data can be used to empower decision-making on contracts, supplies, and more.
MeroBeacon is used to track cleaner locations throughout their shifts. With the help of MeroDash, it analyzes the provided data to create an efficient custom route for each cleaner.
Mero's paper and traffic sensors are installed with industrial grade adhesive on the wall or dispenser. They are handled by the end user and/or cleaning staff and can be installed in under 30 seconds.
Components of Installation
A bluetooth device that gathers and transmits data from washroom dispensers to the basestation via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy).
A WiFi and bluetooth device that collects information from Mero sensors.
An LTE router that allows Mero Basestations to transmit data from Mero sensors onto a cloud platform.
Mero brings an independent LTE network into buildings, which is a simple plug and play networking infrastructure separate from building Wi-Fi. In addition, each floor is powered by a basestation that collects the data from the sensors.
After the sensors are placed, and the network is online, your sensors are ready to go.
