Double verification is the process of work orders or alerts being both recognized by cleaners and a MeroBeacon recognizing a work order has been completed. Select customers have mandated double verification a mandatory process. Please contact your company administrator to get more details if your company has mandated double verification.
The two steps to double verification are as follows:
1. Recognition of Work Order via Work Order
When you receive either a high traffic or low supply alert, you will see a green "View Online" button.
If the task is complete, select "Done".
That's it! Mero will verify sensor readings to see if the paper towel roll was completed. If an alert did not register, the task will not clear from the cleaner list. For more info, please see: Muting Work Orders
2. Cleaning with a Mero Beacon
After acknowledging the alert on your mobile device, conduct your normal cleaning routine to service the low paper towel and/or high traffic alert. If you are carrying a Mero Beacon, the system will register your cleaning automatically and you do not have to do anything else!
